ctc Kids for Infant-12years
ctc Children's Church is open on Sunday's during the main service! Bring your kids in to the ctc building, right beside the church offices before Sunday service.
The ctc Children's Church (4-12) program provides worship, Bible reading time, and an activity time which are all designed to teach the children Biblical principles. The ctc Nursery will be a time for you littlest ones to hear about Jesus in a place prepared and equipped to serve ages Infant - 3 years.
ctc Children's Church is currently not held on the 5th Sunday's. On the 4th Sunday's, children can be checked-in after communion and right before the message.
Adult Book Study Group
The Adult Book Study Group is open for any adult who is seeking to grow deeper in their relationship with the Lord. No registration is required to attend, but if you would like to learn more please let us know by completing the Contact Us Form.
The group meets at the ctc building every Wednesday at 10:30AM.
Because We Care Quilt Ministry
If you like to Sew and would like to quilt, this is for you.
Will be meeting at the church on Tuesday's from Noon-3. Attendance not required every week.
We will begin by making lap quilts with some Scripture squares in them. The quilts will be prayed over and given to people who are going through difficult times.
Since we are starting from scratch, we would love your help gathering materials. If you have any extra of these materials listed below, please consider donating. Cotton material, sewing supplies such as thread, scissors, quilt rulers, cutting mats, iron/ironing board. We would especially appreciate your prayers for this ministry, that the Lord will lead and bless us as we serve Him.
This group will be lead by Karen Sikora & Sue Kariher.
Small Group Ministry
The Small Group ministry is comprised of a variety of difference groups which meet in homes and share fellowship, worship, Bible study, and often food. These different groups meet at various times throughout the week so you are sure to find one that will fit your families schedule. Below are a listing of the current small groups which are meeting and if you would like to learn more about how to join one or even host one yourself, please let us know by completing the Contact Us Form.
- Sunday Evening - Bible Study
- This group is led and hosted by Joseph and Christine Kutz & Dick and Gini Rose
- Every other Sunday evening from 1:00 - 3:00PM
- No childcare, steps required to enter house
- Food is provided
- Tuesday Evening - Salem Bible Study
- This group is hosted by Sara Rossler
- Every Tuesday evening from 5:50 - 7:30PM
- No childcare, wheelchair accessible
We are continuing to develop and identify new small groups and will be adding to the list as they form.
Heart Lifters Support Group
If you are struggling with a loss of a loved one or going through a period of grief, we have a ministry here at CTC that is able to help you through this difficult time. Not only is someone able to help you but the church prayer ministry team can be in prayer over you during this time. If you are in this season please reach out to the church office 330-337-7907 and we will get you in touch with someone who can help.
2nd Quarter Small Group
This group will be meeting seasonally and be centered around activity based events - such as bowling, softball, kickball and our annual event Christmas card making for the Nursing home ministry. This group is intended for young families, young adults, and youth. But also open to anyone excited to join in on the activities and enjoy some wonderful God-focused fellowship. Senior Joy Fellowship
The Senior Joy Fellowship group is a group for those 55 and older. The group meets once each month after church to go eat together and enjoy fellowship. They also on occasion host additional fun activities after the meal. To see details on the specifics of each months gathering check out our monthly newsletter for updates. This group meets out to eat on the 1st Sunday of the month.
Nursing Home Ministry
The Nursing Home Ministry is an effort to bring the church service into local nursing homes. We will spend time with the residents, offer prayer, lead praise and worship, and delivery a short message. Due to the current restrictions, only one member from the church is able to go and perform the church service. Prayer Ministry
The Prayer Ministry is a team of people who have compassion and passion to pray for other people. They currently coordinate a prayer chain in which prayers needs are communicated and prayed for. They also serve to pray for people who request prayer prior to the church service starting each Sunday morning.
